Section 01
Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Jishnu Yudha, trading as Yudha Home and Yudha BootCamp (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Kerala, India.
By using this website, submitting an enquiry, creating an account, or registering for and attending a camp, seminar or training session (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
If you are registering on behalf of someone under 18, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and that you accept these Terms on their behalf.
Section 02
What We Provide
Yudha BootCamp offers MMA, Muay Thai, boxing and striking training delivered in person at scheduled camps and seminars in Kerala. This website lets you learn about the camp, enquire about future locations, and register and pay for an upcoming session.
Dates, venues, schedules and content are shown on the website and in your confirmation email. We may adjust the programme, coaching staff or venue where reasonably necessary, and we will tell registered participants of any material change as early as we can.
Section 03
Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when you register or sign in, and keep it up to date. We may cancel a registration or account if the information given is false or misleading.
If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for all activity that happens through your account on this site. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Some areas of the site (for example, the participant list) are restricted to authorised staff. Attempting to access them without permission is a breach of these Terms.
Section 04
Registration and Payment
- The camp fee is the amount displayed on the registration page at the time you register. Prices are in Indian Rupees and are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes.
- Payment is made by UPI to the UPI ID shown on the registration page. After paying, you must enter the transaction ID from your payment receipt on the form.
- Your place is provisional until we verify that the payment matching your transaction ID has been received. We may contact you if we cannot match a payment.
- Submitting a transaction ID that is fake, altered, reused, or belongs to a different payment is grounds for immediate cancellation without refund, and we may refuse future registrations.
- Slots are limited and are allocated in order of verified payment. Registering does not guarantee a place if the camp is already full; in that case we will offer you a place at the next session or a full refund.
- Each registration is for one named participant and cannot be shared or resold.
Section 05
Cancellations, Refunds and Rescheduling
If we cancel a camp, you will receive a full refund of the fee paid, or you may choose to transfer your place to a future session. Refunds are made to the UPI account the payment came from, normally within 7 working days.
If we reschedule a camp (a change of date or venue), we will notify you by email or phone. If the new date or venue does not work for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of our notice.
If you cancel, the fee is non-refundable, because slots are limited and venue and coaching costs are committed in advance. If you tell us at least 7 days before the camp, we will do our best to transfer your place to a later session, subject to availability. Transfers are at our discretion and may be limited to one per registration.
No-shows and late arrivals are not entitled to a refund or transfer.
To cancel or request a transfer, email jishnuksunip@gmail.com with your name and transaction ID.
Section 06
Health, Safety and Assumption of Risk
Combat sports and high-intensity training carry an inherent risk of injury, including bruising, sprains, fractures, concussion and, in rare cases, serious injury. By registering and attending, you confirm and agree that:
- You are in good health and physically able to take part in strenuous exercise, and you have consulted a doctor if you have any doubt.
- You will disclose to the coach, before training, any injury, medical condition, pregnancy or medication that could affect your safety or that of others.
- You will follow the instructions of the coaches and venue staff at all times, use the protective equipment provided or required, and stop immediately if asked to.
- You will not spar or engage in contact drills unless a coach has specifically paired and supervised you.
- You take part voluntarily and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, accept the inherent risks of the activity.
You may be asked to sign a physical health declaration and waiver at the venue before training. Participation may be refused without refund if you decline to sign it or if a coach considers it unsafe for you to train.
In an emergency, you consent to coaches or venue staff arranging first aid or medical treatment on your behalf. Any medical costs are your responsibility.
Section 07
Code of Conduct
We train hard and we train with respect. While attending a session you agree to:
- Treat coaches, training partners and venue staff with respect, regardless of their level, gender, background or ability.
- Control your power and intensity to match your partner and the drill. Deliberately hurting a training partner will result in immediate removal.
- Arrive on time, in clean training attire, with any gear you have been asked to bring.
- Not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and not bring weapons or prohibited items to the venue.
- Follow the rules of the host gym or venue.
We may remove anyone who breaches this code from the session, and from future sessions, without refund.
Section 08
Photography and Media
Sessions may be photographed or filmed for our social media, website and promotional material. By attending, you consent to appearing in such material without payment. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, tell the coach at the start of the session and we will do our best to keep you out of shot and remove any identifiable content you flag to us.
You may take photos for personal use, but please do not film other participants without their consent or publish footage of training drills, sparring or coaching material for commercial purposes.
Section 09
Intellectual Property
The Yudha Home and Yudha BootCamp names, logos, website content, photographs, videos, training programmes and course material are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify or commercially exploit any of it without our written permission.
Section 10
Acceptable Use of the Website
You agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that breaks the law or these Terms
- Submit false registrations, fake payment details or other misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, accounts or data, or to interfere with its operation
- Scrape, harvest or collect personal information about other users
- Upload malicious code or use automated tools to overload the site
We may suspend or block access to the site for anyone who breaches these rules.
Section 11
Third-Party Services and Links
The website links to third-party services such as Instagram, Google Maps, Google sign-in and your UPI app. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your data. Venue partners such as Valley MMA operate under their own rules, which apply in addition to these Terms while you are on their premises.
Section 12
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The website and its content are provided “as is”. We do our best to keep information accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Training results vary. We make no promise that you will achieve any particular fitness level, skill, weight or competitive outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of or damage to personal belongings at a venue. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Indian law. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you in connection with a registration is limited to the fee you paid for it.
Section 13
Indemnity
You agree to compensate us, our coaches and our venue partners for any loss, claim or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your failure to disclose a relevant medical condition, or your reckless or deliberate conduct that injures another participant or damages property.
Section 14
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
Before going to court, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Nothing in this section removes any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Section 15
General
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. The Terms in force when you register apply to that registration; changes apply to future registrations and to your continued use of the website.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
